Catering Positioning Statement

We are “Love Eat Bistro” a modern informal dining expe­ri­ence that forms one of a chain of plug in restaurant concepts ide­ally tar­geted at ca­tering to the needs of house-guest of a midrange se­lective ser­vice ho­tels that require the seam­less integration of a standalone F&B divi­sion that is sympa­thet­ic to the need to satisfy their guests and wider general public with a simple yet consis­tent quality all day ca­tering ser­vice.


  • Number of seating: 110-120 seat for breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Open daily: 06:00 am - 11:00 pm
  • Food: Our food will be presented in Asian Modern decoration but still in original recipes, Thai Asian and European Cuisine.
  • Beverage: We provide premium economy wines list & draught beer and Asian cocktails and mock tails.
  • Sweet Treat Corner: We provide a selection of homemade bakery and ice cream made from quality ingredients.
  • Banqueting & Catering: We provide catering service with stylish menu in many format e.g. party seminar, exhibition.

F&B Service

1. Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager

Basic Functions:
  • To administer the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, Banquet and Room Service.
  • To promote and ensure guest satisfaction, achieved through his/her ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment and delivery of prompt, courteous service.
  • Pay attention to detail, be able to handle multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast paced, ever changing atmosphere.
  • Support FB Director to achieved Monthly Target.
  • Thai female or Male
  • At least vocational certificate preferring Bachelor Degree in any field
  • At least 3 year experience in restaurant management with evidenced tracked record of achievements
  • Strong in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skill
  • Proficiency in English and computer literate
  • Strong in driving results and people management and development

2. Guest Relation Agent

Basic Functions:
  • to represent company in various roles including information provider and receiver, diplomat, problem solver, sales person and public relations agent.
  • The person in this position must project an image of maturity, knowledge, gracious assistance and above all create and maintain a truly warm and welcoming environment.

Basic Functions:

  • To serve our guests food and beverage, Waiters and Waitresses via the Service Bar and Front Bar.
  • To comply with FB Department Standard Operating Procedures and to conduct yourself in accordance with Barman-Barmaid Do’s and Don’ts Guidelines. Bring into effect the superior product and service expected for our guests in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the Restaurant.

1. Sous Chef

Basic Functions:
  • Responsible for the efficient operation of Love Eat Bistro Restaurant Kitchen to include the strong support for Banquets, Outside Catering and others.
  • At least vocational certificate in culinary and with preference of Bachelor Degree in culinary field
  • At least 3-5 year experience in culinary operation and supervision
  • Good in inter-personality and creative skill
  • Good Leadership Skill and Management Skill
  • Able to work under pressure
  • English Communication skill

2. Chef de Partie

Basic Functions:
  • Responsible to assist Soue Chef in the efficient operation of culinary areas to continually support the kitchen services to the restaurant guests.
  • Thai nationality, Age not over 40
  • 3-4 year experience in similar position
  • Supervisory skill
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Knowledge and Skill in Thai food and Western

3. Ex Commis

Basic Functions:
  • To complete the assigned culinary task in a safe and professional manner.
  • Thai nationality, Age not over 30
  • 1-2 year experience in similar position
  • Neat and Tidy

4. Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing sales & marketing statistics
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Identifies marketing opportunities
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives
  • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives
  • Identifying, forecasting and developing growth targets.
  • Bachelor degree in sales or marketing or any related fields
  • Thai Male / Female, age between 25-35 years old
  • At least 3 years of experience Hotel, Restaurant and Catering
  • Good command of spoken and written in English
  • Have computer skill, MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Dynamic and fast moving to deliver expected / agreed results
  • Possess strong customers’ relationship and presentation skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to successfully and present information to customers

5. Administrative Officer

  • Bachelor degree in any related fields
  • Male / Female, age between 25-30 years old
  • 3 years experience in: Accounting, HR or General Admin. (Prefer hotel, restaurant and catering business)
  • Good computer skill, MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Can use all office equipment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
